Bird Cage Theatre, Tombstone, Arizona. This Is One Of The Few Buildings From Old Tombstone That Never Caught Fire And Looks Just As It Did In The 19Th Century. Fire Was A Constant Threat, And Fire-Fighting Methods Were Inadequate. The 1881 Date Is Accurate. This Was The Principal Site In Town For Drama And Concerts, And Like Many Other Commercial Institutions In Tombstone It Doubled As A Brothel.
