Rutgers University cheerleaders take the field during one of the lengthy commercial breaks during a television timeout, this one is during the football game between the Rutgers football game with NCAA Division 1Big Ten Conference rival UCLA. The venue is SHI Stadium in Piscataway, New Jersey, on October 19, 2024. Although the Bruins put a damper on the Scarlet Knights festivities by winning 35-32, the occasion was also the scene of the unveiling of a large mural for 1919 valedictorian and graduate, Paul Robeson.
