Chigang Pagoda, located at the southeast of Guangzhou Bridge, is one of the existing ancient towers in Guangzhou. Located in Chigang, hence the name. Built in the 47th year of the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty (1619), it is the third "geomancy pagoda" built after the Pazhou Pagoda and Lotus Tower.
