Fraser River Crossing, Historic Alexandra Bridge. The Historic Alexandra Bridge Is A Steel And Concrete Suspension Bridge Crossing The Fraser River North Of Yale In Southwestern British Columbia. It Was Built In 1926 To Replace An Earlier Bridge Which Was Swept Away And To Provide A Crossing For The Cariboo Road And Later The Fraser Canyon Highway. It Was Replaced By Another Bridge Downstream In 1964.
