Plum Run Trostle Farm. At The Creek Called Plum Run And Nearby Trostle Farm And Lands There Was Heavy Fighting During The Battle Of Gettysburg. This Area Is Preserved As Part Of The Gettysburg National Military Park Memorializing The American Civil War Battle Of 1863 During Which The Union And Confederate Armies Fought For Three Days And In Which Thousands Of Men Died.
