Several Races Occur Throughout The Day With Over 5,000 Rubber Ducks Racing Down From A Man Made Pond Into A Waterway To A Chute, Competing For One Of The Cash Grand Prizes Of $2,000, $1,000 And $500. In Addition To The Rubber Duck Races, The Festival Includes A Food Court Area, Non-Profit Community Partners, A Stage And Program Filled With Local Talent And Performers, And A €œKid Zoneã¢Â‚¬Â Area, Complete With A Rock Climbing Wall, Face-Painting, Air Bouncer, Games,And Other Activities.

Broom head sweeps rubber duckies to the starting at the 16th Rubber Ducky Festival sponsored by the Samuel Dixon Family Health Centers is an annual fundraiser to support the Center`s mission to provide quality primary health care services to unserved and underserved residents of Santa Clarita. California Participants adopt a duck on-line or at the free family festival for $5.00 per entry. Children can opt to decorate their ducks prior to the races. Several races occur throughout the day with over 5,000 rubber ducks racing down from a man made pond into a waterway to a chute, competing for one of the cash grand prizes of $2,000, $1,000 and $500. In addition to the rubber duck races, the festival includes a food court area, non-profit community partners, a stage and program filled with local talent and performers, and a “Kid Zone” area, complete with a rock climbing wall, face-painting, air bouncer, games,and other activities.
