Torrential Rains Have Hit The State Commercial Capital Since Saturday 19Th July Causing Flash Floods-Many Schools And Colleges Were Shut, Circular Rail Services Stalled And Long Distance Trains And Flights Delayed. On The Streets Of The City, Public Transport Was Thin, The Metro Disrupted By A Suspected Short Circuit In Between And Few Ventured Out. People Unable To Get Into A Bus And Unable To Get To Work Because There Is No Transport.
