A look down the San Joaquin River on March 16th shows that the river is flooded, engulfing the park land beside it on one side, and a mobile home park on the other. Swift, muddy waters erode the soggy embankments. Most of the trees and shrubs around the river are submerged, but still full of leaves and blooms. Photos taken on a rare semi-cloudy and sunny day in late winter. Location: The San Joaquin River Parkway on the Tom MacMichael Sr. Trail. The River Parkway sits alongside Woodward Park in Fresno, California.
