This Version Of Aphrodite Was Found In 1750 At The Capno Amphitheater In Capua - The Second Most Important After The Colosseum - Where It Was Part Of The Architectural Decoration. In 1820, It Was Restored In The Arms, In Part Of The Drape And In The Nose. Made In Marble, The Piece Corresponds To The Adrianeo Period And Derives From A Greek Original In Bronze At The End Of The 4Th Century Bc. C.
