The 780Foot Long Pier Had The Usual Grand Pavillion Where Many Shows And Entertainments Took Place. It Was Later Bout By Devon Dock A Steam Ship Company And Was Used By Paddle Steamers Going Between Brixham And Torquay. A Fire In 1919 Burnt The End And Pavillion And It Was Not Rebuilt Until After Ww11. In 1980 A New Pavillion Was Added And Now There Are Fair Rides And Slot Machines Along The Pier.

A fire in 1919 burnt the end and pavillion and it was not rebuilt until after WW11. In 1980 a new Pavillion was added and now there are fair rides and slot machines along the pier.
