The Russ House - Marianna Florida. The Joseph W. Russ Jr., House, Built In 1895, Has Been Lived In By Five Generations Of The Russ Family And Is On The National Register Of Historical Houses Later Donated By The Russ Family To The Jackson County Chamber Of Commerce. This Same Location Is Also The Site Of The Battle Of Marianna Where Confederate Cavalry Fought With Union Troops In 1864.
