Twin Wedding Houses 1980 Union Street San Francisco. James Cudworth Was Originally From Vermont Who Came To San Francisco As A 49Er, And Settling In What Is Now Called The Cow Hollow Neighborhood, Became A Dairy Farmer, For Which He Is Most Remembered.
When His Two Daughters, Probably Twins, Were Married, He Had Built This Home For Them, Around 1880 As A Wedding Present.
Although There Are Still Many Original, Fine Homes In The Neighborhood, Many Have Since Been Turned Into Upscale Shops And Businesses.
